Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of physical and digital products — including domestic and international orders.

1. Physical Products (Art & Printed Materials)

Each item is made and packaged with care. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for packaging before dispatch.

  • For custom artwork, please allow up to 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. You'll receive a timeframe during your order confirmation.

 

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

  • Shipping is available across New Zealand via local courier or NZ Post.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tracking is provided where available.

 

International Shipping

We ship to selected international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us to check if shipping is possible.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

  • Costs vary based on weight, size, and destination

  • International shipping is more expensive and calculated at checkout or via quote

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in their country

 

Shipping Limitations

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs, weather events, or postal strikes.

  • Some framed artworks or oversized pieces may not be eligible for international shipping — these restrictions will be noted on the product page.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes internationally.

2. Digital Products

Digital items such as downloadable artwork, PDFs, devotionals, and study materials are delivered via instant download or secure email link.

How It Works

  • After purchase, you will receive a download link via email or an on-screen confirmation

  • You are responsible for saving the file to your device

International Access
  • Digital downloads are available to all countries with internet access

  • Prices are in [your local currency or specify NZD/USD] — your bank may apply a conversion fee

3. Shipping Notifications

For physical products:

  • You’ll receive an email notification with tracking info (if available) once your order ships.

  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received a confirmation.

4. Shipping Costs
  • Domestic Shipping (NZ): Flat rate or calculated at checkout

  • International Shipping: Higher rates apply due to global postage costs and distance

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

 

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, shipping delays and lost packages can happen.

  • If your package hasn’t arrived after 30 days (international) or 10 days (NZ), please contact us so we can investigate.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we’ll assist where possible.
