Thank you for supporting the creative work of Linda Kumar. As an individual artist and coach, each piece, product, and service is crafted with intention and care. Please review the refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Physical Art Products
All artwork is original and handled with great care when packed and shipped.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Postal or courier damage

Colour, texture, or size perception differences
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

The wrong item was sent

The item arrives with a significant defect that is clearly the responsibility of the seller (e.g., a production error, incorrect order)
You must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order to be eligible. After this window, we are unable to process any refund or replacement requests.

2. Digital Downloads & Courses
All digital products, including art downloads, PDF studies, devotionals, and course materials, are non-refundable due to their instantly accessible nature.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., file not downloading or link not working), please contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase for assistance. We’ll ensure you get the file you paid for.

3. Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are booked with time and preparation. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Missed or forgotten sessions

Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)

Personal dissatisfaction with outcomes (coaching depends on individual application and engagement)

4. Custom Orders & Commissions
Custom artwork, coaching packages, or study resources created just for you are non-refundable once work has started.
If you wish to cancel before work begins, please email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. After that, the full payment is retained to honour time and materials invested.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in the event of a return or refused package. If a return is approved, return postage is your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
